Piping is where D&S Resources’ history began, and it remains one of our deepest capabilities — from process piping and pipeline construction through to HDPE, poly and licensed industrial plumbing. Backed by proprietary equipment like our in-house pipe bending machine and fast fusion welder, we deliver piping systems built to last, fully tested and documented under our ISO 9001-certified quality system, from design through to commissioning.

Process piping
We design, fabricate and install process piping systems across mining, oil and gas, water treatment and energy applications. Our process piping capability covers carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy and duplex materials — with all fabrication completed to client specifications and relevant Australian and international standards.

HDPE & poly pipe installation
D&S Resources has significant experience in the installation of HDPE (high-density polyethylene) and poly piping systems — commonly used in mining water supply, tailings management, and process applications where corrosion resistance and flexibility are critical.
