The right tools, ready when your project needs them.
Owned, maintained and ready to deploy.
At D&S Resources, plant and equipment isn’t a hiring arrangement — it’s a core part of how we deliver. Our extensive inventory of well-maintained machinery, fabrication equipment and specialised tooling is integrated directly into our project delivery capability, giving clients the confidence that the right equipment will be on site when it’s needed, operated by our own trained team.
From our 7,000m² facility in Pooraka — including 2,500m² of undercover workspace — through to remote project sites across Australia, our plant and equipment capability is built to support structural, mechanical and piping projects of any scale, in any operating environment.
The right equipment, operated by our own people — no waiting, no third-party dependencies.

The infrastructure behind delivery
D&S Resources backs its people with the workshop infrastructure and specialist plant to deliver projects from first fabrication through to final commissioning. Our 7,000m² Pooraka facility provides the space, cranage and precision equipment for controlled fabrication and assembly, while our fleet of welding, mechanical and site support equipment means we can mobilise complete capability to remote and demanding locations — without relying on third-party hire to get the job done.

Why Owned Equipment Matters
When equipment is owned and maintained in-house, it changes what’s possible on a project. D&S Resources invests continuously in its plant and equipment inventory so that our clients don’t carry the risk of third-party hire dependencies, delayed mobilisation or equipment that isn’t fit for purpose.
Remote-ready — our fleet is configured and prepared for deployment to remote and regional project sites across Australia
No hire delays — our equipment is available and pre-mobilised for D&S projects
Operator familiarity — our trades work with our equipment every day — productivity and safety are higher
Maintained to our standards — all equipment is serviced and inspected to ISO 45001 safety requirements
Cost efficiency — owned inventory reduces project costs compared to third-party hire, particularly on longer programmes
