Programs
Apprentice & internship programs
Apprentice program
Our apprentice program gives you the chance to learn your trade properly — with hands-on experience in our Pooraka workshop and on project sites, mentored by experienced tradespeople who know their craft. We take apprentice development seriously, and many of our current team members started as apprentices at D&S.

Internship program
Our internship program is designed for engineering and construction students who want real industry experience — not busy work. Interns at D&S work alongside our engineering and project management teams on live projects, building skills and industry knowledge that will set them apart when they graduate.
