Four mile north expansion – trunk line construction

Four mile north expansion - trunk line construction

Delivered a DN500 HDPE trunkline connecting Beverley process plant to the Four Mile North wellfield for Heathgate Resources' expansion project — including a fabricated creek crossing frame, valve station and instrumentation installation, full hydrostatic testing, and QA/QC handover documentation.

Heathgate Resources needed to physically connect a new deposit (Four Mile North) into their existing Beverley process plant to unlock increased production capacity — requiring a large-diameter trunk main built across terrain that included a creek crossing, delivered to a standard that would support higher throughput without compromising safety or environmental management.

Skills/services demonstrated

  • End-to-end site mobilisation — personnel onboarding and site supervision/project management delivered alongside the physical works
  • Custom steel fabrication — creek crossing tee frame, pipe supports and pipe restraints fabricated specifically for the site’s terrain
  • On-site structural welding — steel welding of the crossing frame and supports carried out in the field
  • Large-diameter HDPE welding — DN500 trunk main welded to connect two major site assets
  • Instrumentation and valve station installation — piping instrumentation integrated as part of the trunkline scope
  • Testing and integrity assurance — full hydrostatic testing of the DN500 main
  • Quality and compliance handover — QA/QC documentation and MDRs delivered as part of project close-out
  • Expansion/brownfield capability — connecting new wellfield infrastructure into an existing operating plant to support a capacity increase
