Christopher Meulengraaf is an experienced mechanical engineer and business leader with decades of expertise across engineering, construction, maintenance and industrial services. As Workshop Manager for D&S Resources, Christopher oversees the delivery of high-quality fabrication, assembly and maintenance activities, ensuring strong technical standards and safe, efficient project execution.
Christopher brings deep industry experience through his long-standing leadership of SES Industrial Services Pty Ltd, with whom D&S Resources maintains a strategic partnership. Through this partnership, SES provides specialist workshop capability and support to D&S operations, enabling a scalable and highly responsive service model for our clients.
Throughout his career, Christopher has delivered major construction and maintenance solutions across the Chemical, Oil & Gas, Wine, Malting and Cement industries. He is recognised for combining strong technical expertise with practical commercial leadership.
Christopher holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and has maintained a Private Pilot’s Licence since 1981, reflecting his commitment to precision, technical excellence and ongoing professional development. He is an active member of the Association of Professional Engineers and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
He also brings extensive governance experience, having served on the Pembroke School Board for more than 15 years in senior roles including Chair, Deputy Chair and Chair of Finance. During this time, he contributed to sustained enrolment growth, strong financial performance, significant campus improvement programs and the successful delivery of a $30 million middle school redevelopment.
Known for his collaborative leadership style, financial acumen and commitment to high standards, Christopher continues to provide advisory support to private companies while playing an integral role in the performance and growth of D&S Resources’ workshop operations.
