Family Values

D&S Resources proudly traces its roots to a family-centric foundation, with a long-established legacy in heavy engineering, fabrication, and construction. Initiated as a sole operator consultancy in Whyalla, South Australia, by Eduardo Donoso, the enterprise evolved significantly when his sons, Eddie and Andres, joined forces in 2011-12, giving rise to ‘Donoso & Sons’. So began the evolution from smaller scale consultancy, growing to become a significant Structural, Mechanical and Piping (SMP) entity now delivering services across Australia.

This journey encapsulates the family’s dedication to quality, innovation, and a strong work ethic. D&S Resources stands as a testament to the power of family values in driving business growth and excellence, continually expanding its reach while maintaining the core principles that define its unique identity in the industry.

Adding to the rich history and growth of D&S Resources, the family business welcomed a significant contribution in 2021, with the joining of industry veteran Joe Kelly. His arrival marked another key milestone in the company’s evolution, bringing fresh perspectives and expertise that strengthened the company’s commitment to excellence and expansion in the heavy engineering, fabrication, and construction industry.

With more than three decades of engineering experience, Eduardo has established himself as a distinguished professional in the disciplines of heavy engineering, mining, defense, and maintenance services, both domestically and internationally.
