SUBMERSIBLE PUMP INSTALLATION UNIT (SPIU)

D&S Resources developed the Submersible Pump Installation Unit (SPIU), a portable mechanical system designed to simplify the installation and removal of submersible pumps in boreholes up to 400 meters deep. The SPIU features a durable steel frame, motorized hose and cable reels, and integrated safety systems like emergency stops.

It uses Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) for precise control, safely handling loads of up to 2.5 tons (including the pump, hose, and cable). This innovative design boosts productivity, reduces risks, and lowers labor needs, making it ideal for mining and industrial applications.

STEEL PIPE BENDING MACHINE (PBM)

The Pipe Bending Machine (PBM) Model PBMS”/20″ is a high-performance, versatile machine designed to bend 8″ to 20″ pipes, handling both coated (up to 10mm) and uncoated materials. Powered by a diesel-driven hydraulic system, it ensures reliability in demanding industrial environments.

Its modular design allows for easy adjustments and maintenance, incorporating key components like a hydraulic power station, bending die, pin-up shoe, stiff-back, and mandrel to guarantee precise and efficient bending. It can handle high-strength steel grades (X60, X65, X70) with wall thicknesses up to 45mm (for X60 pipes).
